Condolence From: Denny and Cathy Owen
Condolence: Dear Aiken family,
Cathy and I want you to know that your extended family in Easley is praying for all of you. Bro Ray and Sis Jean will always have a special place in our hearts. We always looked forward to them being with us at Victory Baptist Church, listening to Bro Ray quote the Psalms and fellowshiping with them after service. This world has truly lost a soldier for the Lord but heaven gained another angel. May the Lord bless you and help you in the days ahead!

Condolence: What a great legacy Brother Ray has left. Sad for friends and family, but how he is shouting, and running on streets of gold, speaking with Jesus, no worries of this world. We are praying for peace for the family, we love you all!! Kenneth & Wanda Lunsford

Condolence: Rev. Aiken was a special person. The last time we visited Midway, he was showing me the stain glass window that survived the fire. It had been placed in the new church building. As a former member, that meant a lot. Our youngest daughter. Katie was trying to take a picture, but was too short to get a good shot. Rev. Aiken picked her up and stood her on the church pew,I was surprised she let him, she is very shy..When we left she said, Mom I have only known him for 5 minutes but I really like him. That was the way he was! He was such a blessing! Looking forward to seeing him again.Praying for the family.

Condolence: Dearest Aiken Family,
We feel such sorrow for your loss. Know that he is now in the arms of Jesus. When our parents died we felt sorrow for our loss, but great happiness for their being in heaven. He was a well respected man of God and we will surely all miss him and see him again.
