The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Edward Reineke can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Ann Hopewell

Dear Myrna and Family, I knew Ed as a Miami-Dade FF who worked with my late husband, Lt. Joseph Hopewell. Until Joe pasted, we always saw Ed at the retiree's reunion in Dahlonega, Georgia, with his cowboy hat and big belt buckle. Mary Ann Bradshaw, Chief Nelson's wife, called me last night to say Ed had past but no one had any nfo at the latest retirees dinner. I began looking for he obituary. I am sorry for your loss. I know first hand how you feel. Joe has been in heaven 5 years this June. May the Holy Spirit comfort you and your family in Jesus Name as you walk this journey. Love and Prayers,Ann Hopewell
