Obituary for Ted Jahu McCall

Ted Jahu  McCall
Ted Jahu McCall, 68, of Lake Toxaway went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the Elizabeth House.

He was the son of the late Flemming and Grace Galloway McCall. He was preceded in death by his sister, Lorena McCall and brothers, William Thad, Randy and Billy Ray McCall and his grandson, Markus Alexzander McCall.

Mr. McCall was a member and a deacon at Mountain View Baptist Church. He was a good God loving man, faithful church member and a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Holland McCall; daughters, Julie Elizabeth McCall and (Angela Olge O’Shields); brothers, James “Buster” McCall and wife Becky of Balsam Grove and Ronnie McCall of Lake Toxaway; sisters; Shelby Jean Hooper and husband Bascom of Brevard, Melba McCall of Hendersonville and Donnie Hall and husband Lesley of Lake Toxaway, sisters-in-law; May H. McCall, Lila Smith and husband Ray of Brevard, Savannah McCall and husband Maurice Butler and Dorene Miller and companion Charlie Whitmire and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 12noon, Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Mountain View Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow the service in Mack McCall Cemetery with military graveside rites conducted by the Transylvania County Honor Guard.
