Howard Charles Galloway, 97, of Pisgah Forest, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2017.

A native of Transylvania County, he was the son of the late Virgil and Lelah Newton Galloway. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty McCrary Galloway, son; Robert Keith Galloway and two son in laws; Jim Miller and Billy Reynolds.

Mr. Galloway was a veteran of the U. S. Army Air Corp. He was a member of Turkey Creek Baptist Church and retired from Ecusta in 1983.

Survivors include his daughters; Linda Galloway Miller of Etowah and Paula Piercy and husband Bobby of Pisgah Forest, grandchildren; Tiffany(Adam), Allen and Blayne and great grandchildren; McKenna, Carlie and Keylan.

Graveside services with military honors will be held 11am, Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Turkey Creek Cemetery. Memorial services will be held 2pm, Tuesday and Turkey Creek Baptist Church. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
