Jack Arthur Dempsey
June 14, 1929 – March 10, 2018

Jack Dempsey, beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, age 88 of Cashiers, NC peacefully left this world on March 10, 2018 surrounded by family.
Jack leaves his legacy through his wife of 66 years, Ginger; two sons, Jack Arthur Dempsey, Jr. (Robyn) and Joseph Lyle Dempsey and 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son, Jeff Blanchard Dempsey and daughter, Debra Dempsey Albright (Rick).
A memorial service will be held at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Cashiers, NC on Saturday March 24, 2018 at 1pm. A reception will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Church of the Good Shepherd, Hospice, or a memorial of your choice.
