The family of Barbara Davis Begley, of Rosman, known to loved ones and friends as “Bobbie,” mourn her passing Friday, April 13, 2018, at the age of 79.
Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of William “Bill” Burch Davis and Elsie Mae Banther Shook Davis. In addition to her parents, her husband, Ray, and son, Denver, also preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughter, Shawna Begley Lance; sons, James R. Begley, MSgt. U.S.A.F (retired), and Robert Begley; and sister, Sue Davis Hooper; as well as 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation and viewing will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2018, from 2 – 3 p.m. at Selica Community Worship Center, 698 Ross Road, Brevard. The funeral service will follow at 3 p.m.
