Ellen G. Kent, 72, of Belvedere, SC formerly of Brevard, passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2018.

She was the daughter of the late June Greer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Kent.

A native of Transylvania County, she was of the Christian faith and enjoyed gardening and sewing. Mrs. Kent will be fondly remembered for her caring heart and for her love of family.

Survivors include two sons, Frankie Kent and Scott Kent, both of Belvedere; a daughter, Michelle (Philip) Kratzer of North Augusta, SC; two grandchildren, Eddie Kent and Charlette (Josh) Kent-Plunk; a sister, Judy Orr of Brevard, NC.

Funeral Services will be held 1pm, Wednesday, June 6, 2018 in the chapel of Moody-Connolly Life Celebrations with the Rev. Sherrill Moore officiating. Interment will follow the service in Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory.
