Condolence: To the entire Roe family - our deepest sympathies on the passing of Uncle Charlie. He was a sweet, funny, caring, and generous man and will be missed by many. I will always remember that as a child, he and I would ride on his tractor on the farm in Dunlap and me wanting to stay close to his house because he had 'indoor plumbing'!
