Amazing Man

I was privileged to have known Bill and his late wife, Beverly.  They were full of fun and laughter. Bill was the most humble, unassuming man, I think I had ever met.  It was not until we started a conversation that I found one of the most intelligent men I have ever met.

He was wealthy but did not seem to care about any of that.  He was full of love for his family and grateful for all he had received.

He had a very unique mind that just seemed to take life in stride while asking for what he wanted and if he did not get it, he just seemed to surrender to what he got.

It has been years since he passed, and over those years, I have thought of him often.  We have beautiful memories of the times we spent with Bill and Beverly.  So many laughs and meals were shared.  Then man loved his food.

I can see him in my mind's eye, and he is wearing a red beanie on his head and sitting while just taking the world in with a little smile on his face.

Thank you, Bill, for all the time and conversations!
